What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Yo Illo takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services that you have requested from us.
However, from time to time, we would like to contact you with details of other information that we provide. This includes newsletter updates about our upcoming events.
Mailing list
At the minimum, we require your email address in order to send up updates about our events and other information.
Additionally, we may collect your name and any preferences for the types of updates you receive from us. These are optional.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
With the possible exception of embedded content (see below), we do not pass your information on to any third parties, other than MailChimp, which is used to manage our mailing lists. Your consent does not give MailChimp permission to contact you or to distribute your personal information. In any case, we do not sell your personal information.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), or sign up to our mailing list(s), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have signed up to any of our mailing lists, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
